A deep garnet ruby in the class bordering on opaque, the first sniff reveals aromas of black cherry, blackberries, cocoa and graphite. On the palate this is not a shy wine, big, bold and robust sums it up, the sweet black fruit, cocoa and aniseed flavours envelop the palate, which is long and persistent.
